21 August 2024 C2C added to list of train operators and a note added confirming that the list may be subject to minor amendments and will be updated on Tuesday 27 August 2024,

15 August 2024 Update added following Chief Magistrate judgment. ‘What happens next?’ and ‘Action we are taking’ sections removed as superseded by the updated section published on 15 August 2024.
