After considering all responses, evidence and views supplied to us, we will proceed with a bridging night-flight regime – as proposed in the consultation.

This regime will apply to all 3 noise-designated airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted) and maintain existing movement and quota count limits. It will run from October 2025 to October 2028.

See the outcome decision document for more information, including a summary of the consultation responses.
