The A114 is a major road in England located in Greater London. It runs from Barking in Barking and Dagenham in East London to Ponders End in Enfield. It was added to the London Trunk Road network in 1965 and provides the main route from East London to the North Circular.
The A114 is a busy road during peak times for both commuters and freight transport. There is a high level of traffic flow along this road as it helps to connect the two main areas of East London. It also serves to connect a number of major roads in Greater London including the A13, A406, A10, and M25.
Safety on the A114 is monitored and recorded by the Department for Transport’s Road Safety Framework.
